  • Returns that are registered before 12:00 are collected from the consumer in the evening between 17:00 and 22:00.
  • The consumer puts the items back in the box. Printing is not necessary; the driver takes a label with him.
  • Not at home? Then another time can be scheduled.
  • Budbee communicates a specific time window so that the consumer is aware when the driver arrives.
